Bangkok's underground drainage tunnel to be operational April 2017

Deputy Bangkok Governor Jakkapan Pieungam has inspected the progress of drainage tunnel from underneath Bang Sue Canal to the Chao Phraya River, reported to be 80% complete and will be operational in April next year.
