PM offers sympathy to Chinese counterpart over Henan flooding
VOV.VN - Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh on July 22 extended a message of sympathy to Chinese Premier Li Keqiang over human and asset losses caused by flooding in Henan province.
Flooding, triggered by heavy downpours, has inundated the Chinese province since July 18, leaving tens of people dead and missing, and forcing hundreds of thousands of people to be evacuated to safer areas.
