Key lawmakers to examine legislation at three-day session
VOV.VN - The Standing Committee of the National Assembly will meet in Hanoi from February 15 – 17 to examine a number of bills.
During the eighth session, key legislators will give opinions on a Mobile Police bill, and amendments to the Law on Intellectual Property. They will consider including amendments to the Law on Medical Examination and Treatment in the legislature’s lawmaking programme for 2022.
The legislators will examine a number of reports on ombudsman services, waste prevention and thrift practice for 2016-2021, settlement of citizens’ complaints and denunciations for 2016-2021, and arrangement of administrative units at district and commune levels for 2019-2021.
They will also look at the implementation of policies on planning work since the enforcement of the Law on Planning in 2017.
