Leaders congratulate Cuba on Liberation Day
VOV.VN - Party General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong and State President Nguyen Xuan Phuc on December 31 sent congratulatory messages to Miguel Diaz-Canel, First Secretary of the Communist Party of Cuba Central Committee, and President of Cuba on his country’s Liberation Day (January 1).
On this occasion, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue extended their congratulations to their Cuban counterparts Manuel Marrero Cruz and Lazo Hernandez.
Foreign Minister Bui Thanh Son also cabled a message of congratulation to Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez Parilla.
