Congratulations to newly elected Chinese Premier Li Qiang
VOV.VN - Vietnamese Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh on March 11 cabled a message of congratulation to Li Qiang on his election as Premier of China.
Li was elected Premier of China at the fourth session of the 14th National People’s Congress which is getting underway in Beijing on March 11.
