Craft Coffee and Crab Meet at Le Méridien Saigon
Latitude 10 Lounge + Bar on the ground floor of Le Méridien Saigon is running a unique coffee program called Craft Coffee which walks guests through a worldly coffee taste adventure from Costa Rica, Kenya, El Salvador, Ethiopia to Vietnam’s famous Arabica Premium and Khe Sanh.

To offer guests diverse coffee tastes, the baristas use six techniques of brewing coffee including cold drip, siphon, chemex, pour over, French press and Vietnam’s traditional filter.
Furthermore, what makes craft coffee at Latitude 10 Lounge + Bar different is the sweet choices hand-crafted by the hotel’s Executive Chef, Frederic Meynard for each brewing technique to compliment the taste and complete the coffee experience.
Craft Coffee is served at Latitude 10 Lounge + Bar from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. with prices starting from VND100,000++.
Also at Le Méridien Saigon, Latest Recipe Restaurant on the M Floor has launched a Crab Meet promotion, offering distinctive Crab’s flavors around the world from now until September 30.
Highlights of the promotion include Singaporean chilli crab, wok-fried Thai crabs, Italian crab cannelloni and New Orleans crab cake.
The promotion is available from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. every Friday and Saturday with prices starting from VND1,200,000++.
