VOV.VN - Thoi Son Islet, Vinh Trang Pagoda, Man Dinh Hong flower village, Cai Be floating market and Dong Hoa Hiep ancient village are must-see attractions in the Mekong Delta province of Tien Giang.

Thoi Son Islet is situated downstream the Tien River. It is not only a top-rated attraction in the Mekong River Delta, but also a famous fruit growing area with a population of about 6,000 people.

From July to October, tourists can visit fruit gardens on a hand-rowing boat or a horse cart.

Vinh Trang is the greatest pagoda of Tien Giang Province. The pagoda was built in 1849 on an area of 2,000 sq.m full of beautiful trees in My Phong village, My Tho City, in the shape of a Chinese character which means Nation.

The pagoda includes four large compartments connected with each other: the front compartment, the main compartment, the worship compartment and the back compartment, bearing a combination of European-Asian architecture and creating a splendid beauty, solemnity, but purity.

Man Dinh Hong flower village comprises fruit orchards in PhuocThanh village. It welcomes hundreds of visitors at the weekend.

Cai Be floating market is around 40km from My Tho City. The ideal time to visit the market is from 5am to 7am.

Dong Hoa Hiep ancient village in Cai Be District is well known for its beautiful scenery formed by the calm Cai Be River and ancient houses amid orchards that are lush and laden with fruit all year round. It has many ancient houses dated hundred years old.
