Tam Dao National Park- suitable place for summer holidays

VOV.VN -Tam Dao, 70 km from the north of Hanoi, is one of the largest national parks in Vietnam, which is home to 281 species of fauna from 281 genera, 84 families and 26 orders belonging to 4 main classes of animals, birds, reptiles, and amphibious ones.  

The average temperature is 22.9 C during the year. This is an ideal place for holiday makers during the summer time to enjoy the fresh, pure and cooling air and beautiful scenery.

The park has mysterious tourist paths in which visitors can climb Tam Dao Mountain or visit orchids forest, Doi May (Cloud Hill), and Ma-Ao Dua forest.

Travellers have to leave their motorbikes at a rest stop and begin their journey on foot.
There is a great deal of rare plants, such as Sam bong, Permu (fokienia hodginsir), Kim Giao (polo carpus fleuryi), Lat Hoa (chukrasta tabularies), Thong Tre (Podocarpus nerliforlius), Sen Mat (Madhuca pasquieri).
