| On February 18, 1945, President Ho Chi Minh signed a decree, allowing workers to take a day off on the tenth day of the third lunar month to commemorate the Hung Kings’ death anniversary. A group of statues features President Ho Chi Minh’s talk with soldiers, who were about to take over Hanoi on September 18, 1954. |
