VOV.VN - These days, prunus cerasoides cherry trees are in full bloom in Mu Cang Chai, creating breathtaking scenery across majestic mountains and forest in the northern province of Yen Bai.

Prunus cerasoides belongs to the family of cherry trees,blooms in the height of over 1,000 metres above the sea level. Mong ethnic people refer to it as ‘wild peach blossoms’.
Prunus cerasoides is seen to bloom around late December.
