Asia Park in Danang to set Vietnam Record

(VOV) - Thousands are expected to flock on August 29 to the Asia Park in Danang to witness the Vietnam Record Book authenticate a 1,000 metre long road lined with lanterns as the nation’s largest.


The long road will be decorated with thousands of lanterns on the occasion of the Mid-Autumn Festival.

“Our goal is to set a record as the longest road lined with lanterns in the country at 1,000 metres,” said the management of Asia Park.

More than 100 residents of Hoi An ancient town have been painstakingly working for many days hanging the lanterns.

The lanterns have been creatively strung through the four regions of the park – the Centre, Singapore, Indonesia and Japan

Asia Park is an ideal destination for children, families and friends.

In addition to be the brilliant colours of the lanterns, people can stroll the fairway of the park and enjoy the clean fresh air of the coastal city.

At the park, there are many new rides and other interesting entertainment attractions for visitors to experience. 
The aesthetics of the architecture of the park is expected to become a major tourist attraction as well.

Children will have fun playing in the comfort of e-vehicles in the kiddie section of the park.

They will also have chances to partake in many of their favourite arcade games and amusement rides on the fairway.
