Red Flamboyant Flower Festival kicks off in Hai Phong

VOV.VN - The Hoa Phuong Do (Red Flamboyant Flower) Festival 2022 officially opened in the northern port city of Hai Phong on May 13 to mark 67 years of the city’s Liberation Day.
