The stage, designed around the theme "Love My Skin" evokes the familiar scenery of Vietnam's countryside. Director Hoang Nhat Nam says the harvested field symbolises life's challenges and conveys a message of healing and overcoming adversity.

The show features five segments showcasing the collections Into My Mind, Say, Inside, The Reverie, and Fall/Winter 2026. VBFF Season 15 is the event's largest edition to date, bringing together nearly 100 participants, including the Top 30 finalists of Miss Grand Vietnam 2026, more than 50 beauty queens, runners-up, male pageant winners, and professional models.

The show opens with the Into My Mind collection. Emoura Pham and Mai Tram Anh, the two Miss Grand Vietnam 2026 contestants receiving the most votes in the Popular Vote category, open the runway presentation. Reigning Miss Grand Vietnam Nguyen Thi Yen Nhi closes the show as the vedette.

The Say collection evokes the purity of morning dew. Set against a stage transformed into a golden rice field, the white designs create a striking contrast, making the space appear to glow amid the warmth of nature.

The top six nominees for the Grand Fashion Award, or Miss Fashion of Miss Grand Vietnam 2026 are Trinh Yen Nhi, Ngo Bao Ngoc, Mai Tram Anh, Emoura Pham, Le Thi Trang, and Nguyen Thi Diem Quyen. The winner of this category will secure a spot in the Top 20 finalists of Miss Grand Vietnam 2026.
