Israeli Embassy and H’Hen Nie open library for mountainous students

VOV.VN - The Israeli Embassy in Vietnam joined with H’Hen Nie, Miss Universe Vietnam 2017, to debut a Room to Read library at an elementary school in Phuc Than commune of Than Uyen district in the northern province of Lai Chau.

The project will also be implemented at an elementary school in Phong Tho district of Lai Chau province in the near future.

Previously, two similar libraries were donated to students in Meo Vac and Bac Me districts of Ha Giang province in January.

Moving forward, she hopes to develop more friendly libraries as a means of helping students residing in remote mountainous areas to develop reading habits and enjoy a better standard of life.
