VOV.VN - Police forces in Ho Chi Minh City, the largest coronavirus hotspot in Vietnam, have been deployed to help transfer homeless people to social welfare centres in an effort to protect them from virus infections.

The man, hailing from neighbouring Binh Duong province, has been working as a Xe Om driver since 2018. He has no home in Ho Chi Minh City and rests any place he can every day.
