The State Securities Commission has granted a licence to Mekong Capital Ltd. to allow the company to set up its representative offices in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City to conduct securities business activities .

The representative offices will operate within the Vietnamese law. The license will take effect from the date of signing and the duration of the license will be five years.
