PM attends TH true MILK factory inauguration
(VOV) - Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung and his Lao counterpart Thongsing Thammavong have attended a ceremony inaugurating the TH true MILK factory in central Nghe An province’s Nghia Dan district on July 9.
Designed with the capacity to produce 200,000 tonnes annually when fully operational, the factory will generate new jobs, provide fresh milk products to the local market, and reduce Vietnam’s reliance on imported milk.
The factory is the initial result of the drive to modernise Vietnam’s dairy and dairy processing industries with total capitalization of US$1.2 billion.
The two PMs also visited a rubber cultivation model in the province’s Thanh Duc commune, Thanh Chuong district.
