Petrol prices witness slight drop in latest review

VOV.VN - The retail prices of petrol fell more than VND130 per litre as from 3pm September 11 following an announcement made by the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry of Finance.

Most notably, the price of biofuel E5 RON92 suffered a decline of VND143 to VND14,266 per litre, while the price of RON95 also fell by VND130 to VND14,984 per litre.

The prices of diesel 0.05S and kerosene were capped at VND11,518 and VND9,593 per litre, representing falls of VND443 and VND532 per litre, respectively.

Meanwhile, Mazut 180CST 3.5S is now to be sold at no more than VND10,943 per kilogramme, marking a drop of VND240 per kilogramme.

The latest price changes have occurred following a review of fuel prices by the two ministries, a process which takes place every 15 days in order to make domestic prices in line with global market fluctuations.
