Microsoft Vietnam among best companies to work for in Asia
VOV.VN - Microsoft Vietnam has been named among the Best Companies to Work in Asia 2022 by HR Asia, Asia’s leading publication for HR professionals.
The firm’s appearance on the list marks the second consecutive year that it has received the award.
This year saw a total of 622 Vietnamese companies respond to the Total Engagement Assessment Model (TEAM) survey, HR Asia’s proprietary employee engagement survey.
The results of the survey highlight the average score of Microsoft Vietnam on three criteria, namely Collective Organisation for Real Engagement (Core), Heart, Mind, and Soul (Self), and Think, Feel, and Do (Group), which is significantly higher compared to the market average.
In 1996, Microsoft opened a representative office in Vietnam, before establishing Microsoft Vietnam Company Limited in 2006.
In nearly 30 years, Microsoft Vietnam has closely collaborated with the local government, organisations, and businesses, in transforming Vietnam in a digital world through three pillars: Build – Protect - Educate.
In Vietnam, Microsoft focuses on four key business areas: Modern Workplace; Business Applications: Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP); Infrastructure; and Data & AI.
Best Companies to Work for in Asia is a prestigious international award which is held annually by HR Asia in order to honour businesses with outstanding HR policies, an ideal environment, and regular internal activities to develop employee engagement. The award covers 13 markets this year, including Hong Kong (China), Taiwan (China), Singapore, mainland China, and Vietnam.
