The occasion, which is running with the theme of Construction-Building Materials-Real Estate and Interior Decoration, was co-organised by the Ministry of Construction, Vietbuild Joint Stock Company, the Investment & Trade Promotion Centre, and the Can Tho International Exhibition Fair Center.

On display throughout the venue are various building materials, electrical equipment, interior and exterior decorative items, doors and door accessories, a range of solar energy products, and hand tools, among other items.

Deputy Minister of Construction cum head of the organising board Nguyen Van Sinh stated that Vietbuild Can Tho 2020 is a practical event held for the purpose of assisting local firms operating in the fields of construction and real estate. It aims to strengthen trade promotion and international integration, thereby promptly helping businesses enter a new normal as a means of reviving and developing their production and business.

Several workshops, contests, business forums, promotional programmes, and a ceremony to introduce innovative technologies and materials in the post-pandemic construction industry will also be held throughout the duration of the event.

The exhibition is scheduled to run until July 27.
