Global Finance names VietinBank as Leading Contact Center in Vietnam
VOV.VN - The Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) has been honoured as the Leading Contact Center Vietnam 2021 by the Global Banking & Finance Review (GBAF).
This marks the fourth consecutive year since 2018 that the Vietnamese bank has received the award.
VietinBank initially put its contact centre into operation 10 years ago, and its operational scale has been expanded 1.3 times this year compared to 2020.
The centre has also been a major factor in contributing to the bank’s impressive business results last year, along with the first half of this year.
Global Banking and Finance Review is a financial magazine based in the UK that was first launched in 2010 by Varun Sash. The magazine primarily focuses on global financial trends and developments.
Their awards scheme Global Banking & Finance Awards was initially launched in 2011 with the aim of recognising and honouring inspirational changes occurring within the global financing community. They serve to reflect the innovation, achievement, strategy, progressive, and inspirational changes taking place within the financial sector.
