100 best working places in Vietnam in 2022 unveiled
VOV.VN - Abbott Laboratories GmbH, Nestlé Vietnam, Vietcombank, and Viettel Group top the list of Vietnam’s 100 best places to work in 2022, according to a survey conducted by Anphabe Company and released in Ho Chi Minh City on November 9.
The survey, conducted by Anphabe Company, a pioneer consulting firm providing employer brand and happy workforce solutions, was based on criteria such as salary, bonuses, welfare, professional development, culture and values, leadership, work-life balance, and company reputation.
This year Anphabe Company sampled 57,939 workers nationwide who were required to vote for their prioritised and desired workplaces based on multiple criteria.
The company also conducted a survey among 150 human resource managers across 20 industries from April to September.
The 2022 survey witnessed several notable changes with specific results. For the first time, Abbott Laboratories GmbH was honoured in top position after finishing fourth in the 2021 list.
The top five consisted of Nestlé Vietnam, Vietcombank, Viettel, and Suntory PepsiCo Vietnam.
Companies that have made remarkable breakthroughs to be featured in the list for the first time include Pernod Ricard Vietnam Co. Ltd, Home Credit Vietnam, VietinBank, and DHG Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company.
Thanh Nguyen, CEO of Anphabe, said the survey provides a comprehensive overview of contemporary employee expectations, and at the same time helps businesses to fine-tune incentives to attract staff.
