The Friesland Foods Dutch Lady Company of the Netherlands on April 15 put into operation its second plant in northern Ha Nam province.

The US$40 million has a design capacity of 200 million kg of both liquid and powdered milk per year.

The plant has created jobs for more than 200 local workers.
