Party General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong and other candidates running for the seats in the 14th National Assembly presented their action plans while meeting with voters in Hanoi’s Ba Dinh, Hoan Kiem and Tay Ho districts on May 6-7.

National Assembly (NA) Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan and other candidates hoping to represent the Mekong Delta city of Can Tho in the 14th parliament met with voters in Cai Rang district on May 5. 

Voters in the central province of Quang Nam will cast their ballots in 49 locations on May 19, three days earlier than the Election Day as approved by the National Election Council.

Cabinet members mulled over the Government’s draft resolution on business development during their regular meeting in Hanoi on May 5.
