NA Standing Committee to commence 32nd session next week

VOV.VN - The 32nd session of the 14th National Assembly (NA) Standing Committee is set to take place from March 11-13 with a focus on discussing a number of draft laws.


The NA Office announced on March 8 that during the session,  lawmakers will dilate on  the draft law amending and supplementing some articles of the Law on State Audit, the draft revised Law on Militia and Self-Defence Forces, the draft laws on architecture and library, and the draft revised Law on Education.

The NA Standing Committee will also give opinions on the legislative's draft resolution on the settlement of tax arrears, fines, overdue fines, and arrears of taxpayers who went bankrupt or dissolved, who no longer have production and business activities, or who are unable to pay taxes.

They will consider the adoption of a resolution on re-organizing administrative units at the district and communal levels between 2019 and 2021. 

The establishment of the district-level township of My Hao in Hung Yen province and the communal-level town of Vinh Vien in Long My district, Hau Giang province will be under scrutiny.

NA deputies will also mull over a resolution regulating posts and titles that have the highest ranks of lieutenant general and major general in the people’s public security force.
