President condoles with Russian counterpart on shopping mall fire
President Tran Dai Quang on March 26 cabled a message of condolences to Russian President Vladimir Putin over a fire at a shopping mall in Kemerovo city that left scores of people dead and injured a day earlier.

The mall was opened in 2013 and has shops, a parking lot for 250 cars, and a children's centre among other facilities, the Tass reported.
