Two Vietnamese beauties among Top 50 of Miss Grand Slam 2021
VOV.VN - Two local beauties have been named in the list of the leading 50 candidates of Miss Grand Slam 2021, as announced by Global Beauties.
Nguyen Thuc Thuy Tien, the first-ever Vietnamese beauty queen to claim the title of Miss Grand International, is one of two Vietnamese beauties to make the list.
The other local beauty queen among the 50 most beautiful girls on the planet is Nguyen Huynh Kim Duyen, who is notable for claiming a Top 16 finish in Miss Universe 2021. Duyen will represent the nation by competing at Miss Supranational 2022 this July.
Global Beauties selects 100 outstanding contestants from the world’s leading beauty pageants of Miss World, Miss Universe, Miss Grand International, and Miss Supranational for its annual prize, with the winner ultimately being awarded the Miss Grand Slam title.
Back in Miss Grand Slam 2018, Vietnamese beauty H’Hen Nie made the Top 10 finalists, marking the best ever achievement for Vietnamese beauty in the process.
Most notably, Miss Universe Vietnam Nguyen Tran Khanh Van was named among the Top 20 of Miss Grand Slam 2020.
