Thuy Tien reveals outfit for Miss Grand International semifinals
VOV.VN - Local beauty Nguyen Thuc Thuy Tien has released an outline of the costume that she plans to wear during the semifinals of the upcoming Miss Grand International 2021 in Thailand.
The outfit has been named the ‘Whirlpool Galaxy Dress’ and was designed by Nguyen Minh Tuan. Tuan said he was able to come up with the sketch while drawing inspiration from the galaxy.
The designer added that the immense black colour of the universe combines perfectly with the colour of the stars to be the highlight of the costume. As a result, it will truly show the spirit of peace for this year’s competition.
Furthermore, stylist Louis Huy Dang also revealed that the judges and fans will be impressed by Tien’s unique ‘Galaxy Walk’ performance during the semifinals.
Miss Grand International represents one of the six major global beauty contests which is held annually, alongside Miss World, Miss Universe, Miss International, Miss Earth, and Miss Supranational.
This year’s beauty pageant is scheduled to get underway in Thailand on December 4.
Back in the 2020 version of the international pageant, Vietnamese beauty Ngoc Thao secured a Top 20 finish.
