Thuy Tien named among hot picks at Miss Grand International 2021
VOV.VN - Spanish beauty website Missologo Hispano has selected Vietnamese entrant Nguyen Thuc Thuy Tien among its 10 hot picks for the upcoming Miss Grand International 2021, which is scheduled to take place on October 25 in Thailand.
The Vietnamese representative features in seventh place among the overall list, while the beauty from host nation Thailand leads the way in her second position,
The other contestants making up the Top 10 include the representatives from Brazil, Indonesia, Venezuela, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Guatemala, the Philippines, and Mexico.
Tien is notable for making the Top 5 of Miss Vietnam 2018. She later went on to represent the country at Miss International 2018, a global competition held in Tokyo, Japan.
Miss Grand International is one of the six major global beauty contests which is held annually, alongside Miss World, Miss Universe, Miss International, Miss Earth, and Miss Supranational.
Back at the Miss Grand International 2020 pageant, Vietnamese contestant Ngoc Thao clinched a Top 20 finish.
