Thai supermodel Lukkade Metinee to judge Miss International Queen Vietnam 2023
VOV.VN - Actress and supermodel Lukkade Metinee from Thailand is set to serve on the judging panel of the Miss International Queen Vietnam 2023 transgender beauty pageant, as announced by the organisers on November 16.
She first rose to prominence after being crowned Miss Thailand World in 1992 and went on to represent Thailand at Miss World and Miss World Asia & Oceania the same year.
Lukkade was the mentor of The Face Thailand and The Face Men Thailand in 2017 and 2018, working as a judge in Asia's Next Top Model 5 in 2017.
In addition, 2017 also saw the Thai model serve as a mentor of The Face Vietnam.
Miss International Queen Vietnam was first held back in 2018, and it marks the third edition of the beauty pageant. The competition aims to seek Vietnamese representative to compete in the Miss International Queen transgender beauty pageant.
Nguyen Huong Giang was crowned Miss International Queen 2018 and will be the host of the Miss International Queen Vietnam 2023 pageant.
Other Vietnamese representatives including Do Nhat Ha, Bui Dinh Hoai Sa, and Phung Truong Tran Dai finished among the Top 6, Top 12, and Top 6 of Miss International Queen in 2019, 2020, and 2022, respectively.
