Taste of Australia culinary competition launched in Hanoi

VOV.VN - A Taste of Australia culinary competition was held in Hanoi on April 17 as part of activities to celebrate the 45th anniversary of Australia-Vietnam diplomatic relations.

The culinary competition is organized by the embassy of Australia in Vietnam, aiming to introduce fresh and safe food from Australia. |
Jury members are Australian ambassador to Vietnam Craig Chittick (L), internationally renowned chef Tracey Lister (R) and Executive Chef Paul Alan Wood (C). |
The competition is held at the same time in Hanoi, Nha Trang, Danang and Ho Chi Minh City. In Hanoi, there are 4 teams, each has 2 members. |
Fresh materials are used in the culinary competition. |

Contestants are required to cut chili and onion in 15 minutes. |
