Nguyen Dynasty heritage exhibition draws tourists on holiday

Instead of travelling far from Hanoi during the national holiday, many youngsters decided to visit the exhibition on Nguyen Dynasty (1802-1945) at Van Mieu – Quoc Tu Giam on the last day of their three-day holiday.

On display are more than 70 photos and archives on woodblocks, imperial scripts and imperial literature on Hue imperial architecture, in addition to 16 reproductions of woodblocks produced under the Nguyen Dynasty, which have been recognised by UNESCO as world documentary heritages.

The exhibition runs until the end of September.
