Minh Trung finishes in top 5 at Mister International 2018

During the 3 hours-long competition, the Vietnamese representative received a lot of compliments for his confident performance of the song “Hello Vietnam” as the jury board asked in the Q&A session.

In a post-competition interview, Trung said he felt disappointed as he was denied the chance to show off the full magnificence of his national costume designed by Le Thanh Hoa. The organizing board would not allow him to attach the wings of the golden costume as it was deemed too bulky.

Trung shared that after the contest, he will focus on developing his music career and prepare to introduce his new songs to Vietnamese fans.

Previously, Minh Trung led the Missosologists’ Choice Poll on the Missosology website. He was also in second position in the votes on an official Fan Page of Mister International 2018, just behind the representative from the Philippines.

The overall winner of the competition was Seung Hwan Lee from the Republic of Korea. The Colombian representative took second place.
