Kim Duyen to vie for Miss Supranational 2022 crown
VOV.VN - Nguyen Huynh Kim Duyen will be next contestant to represent Vietnam at the Miss Supranational 2022 pageant, which is scheduled to take place in Poland this August.
The 27-year-old girl is known for winning the first runner-up title during Miss Universe Vietnam 2019, before representing Vietnam at the Miss Universe 2021 pageant and finishing among the Top 16.
The Can Tho City native stands at a height of 1.73 metres tall and measures 90-60-95. She is widely viewed as an outstanding face who regularly participates in various charitable campaigns throughout the country. Some of her activities include health care for people HIV/AIDS sufferers, support for LGBTQ+ rights, along with offering assistance to poor children attending school.
Duyen’s predecessor, Ngoc Chau, clinched a Top 10 finish in the grand finale of Miss Supranational 2019 and won Miss Supranational Asia title.
The Miss Supranational pageant has been held annually in Poland since 2009. In the last version of the event, Chanique Rabe was crowned Miss Supranational 2021, marking a historic win as she became the first winner of the beauty pageant from Namibia.
