VOV.VN - The Consulate Generals of countries which make up the Visegrad group (V4 - Poland, Hungary, Slovakia, and the Czech Republic) hosted a V4 Jazz Quartet concert in Ho Chi Minh City on April 27 to mark the Hungarian Presidency of the group.

Addressing the event, Szilvia Szpika, Consul General of Hungary in Ho Chi Minh City, emphasised that she was very proud to introduce the cultural heritage values of the V4 to audiences in the southern city.

Do Viet Ha, chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City Union of Friendship Organizations (HUFO), affirmed that both Vietnam in general and Ho Chi Minh City in particular have treasured their time-honoured friendship and co-operation ties with countries of the V4 group, bringing about a range of mutual benefits to both sides over recent years.

An exclusive culinary event prepared by Hungarian culinary expert Béla Prohászka was also held following the concert.
