HCM City to celebrate New Year with virtual activities

Ho Chi Minh City will roll out virtual activities in parallel with in-person ones to celebrate the upcoming 2022 New Year amid complex developments of the COVID-19 pandemic, announced the municipal Department of Culture and Sports.

A virtual event highlighting reading culture is underway from December 27 to January 5 at www.ngayhoivanhoadoc.hochiminhcity.gov.vn.

People can access the website to visit a myriad of cultural destinations of the city as well as look for helpful information about HCM City and Vietnam.

The Virtual Countdown Lights will be held online starting at 8.30pm on December 31 on YouTube and Facebook pages of Billboard Vietnam, TikTok Live Vietnam, VieOn app and others.
