Hanoi to host Van Gogh immersive multi-sensory exhibition
VOV.VN - An immersive multi-sensory exhibition dedicated to Dutch master Vincent van Gogh will open in Hanoi on August 12 at the UDIC Westlake Building.
The event will offer visitors a 4,000-square-metre experience that blends art with projection technology, sound and light instead of traditional gallery viewing.
According to organisers, the exhibition, titled Van Gogh Timeless, features officially licensed artworks from France, recreating Van Gogh's artistic world through large-scale digital projections. Visitors will be able to engage with the exhibition through immersive visual, audio and lighting effects while exploring some of the painter's most celebrated works.
Designed for a wide audience, including art enthusiasts, young visitors, families and first-time gallery-goers, the event adopts an immersive format that has previously been showcased in cities such as Tokyo, Singapore and Paris, using technology to create a more engaging art experience.
In Hanoi, Van Gogh Timeless will feature multiple themed experience zones. Newly released teaser images showcase large-scale projection spaces, illuminated corridors, dynamic visual effects and digitally recreated versions of Van Gogh's signature brushstrokes.
Tickets will officially go on sale via the mobile application of ABBank, the exhibition's exclusive sponsor, on August 8.
