Free screenings of award-winning films in Hanoi

Free screenings of award-winning films of the 20th Vietnam Film Festival will be organized at National Cinema Center in Hanoi from December 25-29.

Pictures include Em chua 18 (I’m not 18 yet - Jailbait), Sac dep ngan can (Heavy beauty), 12 Chom Sao: Ve duong cho huou chay (12 Constellations: Draw Lines For the Deer Run Means Nothing), Co hau gai (The housemaid), Ve si Saigon (Saigon Bodyguards) and Yeu di dung so (Love do not be afraid).

Film Em chua 18 (I’m not 18 yet - Jailbait) by director Le Thanh Son won “Golden Lotus Award” for Best Feature Film and “Best Actress” title at the 20th Vietnam Film Festival.

Movie Co hau gai (The housemaid), directed by Derek Nguyen received the “Silver Lotus Award” and “Best Music Designer”.

Meanwhile the film Yeu di dung so (Love do not be afraid) got the Audience Choice Prize; and the Jury Awards went to Ve duong cho huou chay (12 Constellations: Draw Lines For the Deer Run Means Nothing).

Cinema-goers can enjoy movies at the National Cinema Center, 87 Lang Ha Street in Ha Noi.
