Dong Nhi to represent Vietnam at ASEAN-Japan Music Festival

Vietnam Television chose Dong Nhi to take part in the event as recognition of her contributions to the Vietnamese music scene in recent years. Previously, in 2014, My Linh represented Vietnam at the first festival.

Dong Nhi says she will perform two special songs at the festival, which will draw many Asian stars such as Ryuji Imaichi, Ryotaro Sugi, and Nogizaka46 from Japan, Sarah Hieronimo from the Philippines, and a variety of singers from Singapore, Myanmar, Indonesia, Cambodia, and Brunei.

The 2nd ASEAN-Japan Music Festival will take place in Tokyo on October 4 to mark the 45^th anniversary of diplomatic ties between Japan and ASEAN.

Dong Nhi has participated in many international exchanges held in Vietnam. She gave an impressive performance at the Asian Song Festival in the Republic of Korea last year.
