Vietnamese local companies from the region are beginning to move with the times, said Mr Liem.
They are investing more and more in research and development to come up with their own trademark design and new products, creating more value for their business and potential customers.
As many as 79 overseas delegations including China, Austria, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Malaysia, Poland, Singapore, Switzerland and Turkey are participating in this year’s trade show.
Sponsored by HAWA Corporation and Singapore based Pablo Publishing Pte Ltd, the show will include seminars on improving productivity in the woodworking industry. It will also hold a wood grading workshop.
