Vietnamese Ambassador to China presents letter of credence

VOV.VN - Vietnamese Ambassador to China Pham Sao Mai presented his credentials to Chinese President Xi Jinping in Beijing on November 22.

Ambassador Mai conveyed Party General Secretary and President Nguyen Phu Trong’s regards and Vietnamese Party and State leaders’ invitation to Chinese Party General Secretary and President Xi to Vietnam next year when both nations celebrate the 70th anniversary of bilateral diplomatic ties.

The diplomat expressed his honour to undertake the new role and pledged his best efforts to foster the ties between the two Parties and countries for their stable, healthy and sustainable development.

The host extended his regards to the Vietnamese Party and State leader while highlighting the growing ties between the two nations over the past years.

He suggested that both sides outline orientations to develop ties between the two Parties and countries, maintain high-level exchanges, bolster mutually-beneficial cooperation and people-to-people exchange to take the bilateral ties to new heights in the future.
