Vietnam Journey launches prediction competition for ASEAN+3 Song Contest

VOV.VN - National broadcaster Voice of Vietnam (VOV)’s television channel Vietnam Journey has launched a competition to predict the results of the ASEAN+3 Song Contest which is set to take place from July 26-29 in Ha Long city in the northern province of Quang Ninh.

The competition will start following the completion of the opening ceremony on the final night of the regional contest which will take place at 8pm on July 28 and close ahead of the judge’s decision on the same day.

Those wishing to take part should access the ASEAN+3 Song Contest’s official website at https://aseansongcontest.com. It should be noted that a Facebook account is required to enter.

Entrants must correctly guess who the judges will select as the competition’s first-placed singer in addition to the number of they will receive.

The competition’s winner will receive a free two-way ticket on domestic routes by VietJet Air.

The second-place winner will be awarded four days and three nights for two adults and two children at the Tuan Chau tourism complex in Ha Long city.

The third-place winner will be given two days and one night for two adults and two children in the Tuan Chau tourism complex in Ha Long city.

Those receiving consolation prizes will be given t-shirts printed with the logo of the ASEAN+3 Song Contest.    

VOV is set to host both the semi-finals and final of the ASEAN+3 Song Contest which will take place in Quang Ninh province from July 26 to July 29 with the best 22 contestants from ASEAN member states taking part.

The final night is scheduled to be held at 8pm on July 28. Aside from competitors from Southeast Asian nations, singers from China, the Republic of Korea, and Japan will also be performing at the event.

The grand final of the contest is to be broadcast live on VOV’s radio channels, along with television channels Vietnam Journey, VTC, VOV3, and VOV5, in addition to the VTC Now app.

The ASEAN+3 Song Contest is expected to bring a party of vibrant music to both local residents and tourists alike.
