According to the official May announcement from the world’s football governing body, Thailand placed second in the region with 208 points. It stood 10 world ranks below Vietnam.
The Philippines stayed in third position regionally. It ranked 144th in the world with 199 points, followed by Myanmar (158th in world rankings), Malaysia (161st), Singapore (165th), and Indonesia (170th).
The FIFA top 10 remained unchanged, with Spain in first, Germany second, Argentina third, and the UK fourth.
