Iron Chef S.K.Choi to visit Vietnam

(VOV) - The talented Iron Chef Thailand, S.K.Choi will be in Le Meridien Saigon – the first hotel of Le Meridien global chain of upscale hotels & resorts in Vietnam - from November 9-15 and introduce Japan’s unique culinary arts to Vietnamese people.

The Korean born Chef Sin Keun Choi has 10- year experience in the culinary field. Before coming to Thailand, he worked as a chef at several established Japanese restaurants in Tokyo, Seoul and Las Vegas.

Since 2012, he has been the Chef of Namu restaurant in W Retreat Koh Samui which was voted the best restaurant in Thailand for 2013-2014. In 2015, S.K.Choi was the winner of the Iron Chef Thailand.

During his visit to Vietnam this time, guests will have an opportunity to enjoy dinner with four Japanese dishes at Bamboo Chic restaurant. Moreover, cooking lovers may attend cooking courses with S.K.Choi on November 13-14.
