Tuyen shows up gracefully at Miss Asia Pacific International

VOV.VN - Vietnamese representative Vuong Thanh Tuyen was listed in Top 3 of Miss Asia Pacific International 2017 pageant’s Darling of the Press contest in Manila, the Philippines on November 13.

The organizing board recently announced representative from Sri Lanka Hasini Samuel came first in Darling of the Press contest, Vuong Thanh Tuyen of Vietnam ranked third.

Vietnamese representative Vuong Thanh Tuyen arrived in the Philippines on November 11. She attended a welcome party hosted by the organizing board.

Thanh Tuyen, 22, is 1.70 meters tall, weighs 55kg and measures 86-64-91. She is currently in her first year of studies at Saigon University. In 2015 she finished second place in Miss Mekong Delta pageant.

The first ever Miss Asia Pacific International was held in 1968 as another name Miss Asia Quest. The pageant’s name was changed into Miss Asia Pacific Quest in 1985 and Miss Asia Pacific International in 2005. The grand finale of Miss Asia Pacific International 2017 pageant will take place in the Philippines on November 29.
